Another greeting...?

Putting on a slightly different hat, while you likely know me best from my YouTube channel and I've made little secret of it over the past couple years, I'm also a freelance writer and have been fortunate to have contributed to the Iron Kingdoms, whether for Warmachine or Requiem, in multiple projects both big and small, collaborating with other writers and as a solo contributor (albeit with creative direction as is appropriate to such work). I was fortunate enough that, after uploading some content to my channel, Matt Goetz got in touch and offered me the opportunity to work on Requiem.

For this blog, I will be looking to share my work for Privateer Press both for promotional purposes but also so as a portfolio of sorts, and to offer a little insight into behind the scenes work within the bounds of the inevitable non-disclosure agreements I have with Privateer (e.g., I made Rhulic Archons canon and originally wanted to give them a much bigger part in Requiem/Hengehold lore, but alas, word counts strike). Naturally, much of this will come post-release, when the higher ups in the respective creative team and the editors have polished my submissions, but it will be good to build a little anticipation for what's to come.

To that end, the first writing credit which I will list is Henge Hold Scrolls Volume 2 (2021) (story by Jason Soles & Matt Wilson, creative direction by Matt Wilson, additional direction by Matt Goetz), though this was not the first canonical content I worked on for the setting. Since this chunk of fluff was first published on Twitter/X, which is not a particularly amenable platform for reading longer form content, it be uploaded here for posterity in the not too distant future. With thanks, I will be copying over the content first compiled by the discord user 'PositronicWoman' (unfortunately, we are no longer members in common of any server), as the version of 'HHS v2' was tweaked post-submission for pacing and ease of adaptation to publication on Twitter/X.
