Another week, another Gravediggers warcaster entry for the Heroes & Villains series in the Warmachine App. This time, the sort of... not so much comic relief, as just the one who lightens the mood. I had a fair bit of freedom with McCoy and the first thing I thought of was the, uh, addition to his assault strider crew, let's put it that way. That aside, I got to develop his story almost completely from scratch with just the basics of his personality being set, and I hope I did an OK job of it at least(?) A little tongue-in-cheek, but with enough gravitas about his experiences while in training and during the various wars common to many of the other characters he finds himself rubbing shoulders with.

As a boy, Connor McCoy was fascinated with blowing things up. What started as an attraction to firecrackers would eventually escalate to an bsession with home-brewed explosives where the bigger the blast, the better - a passion that would put Connor in the hotseat with the constabularyu of his hometown of Orven on more than one occasion. Despite a penchant for getting into trouble, he didn't have a malicious bone in his body - quite the opposite, in fact....'
