Iron Kindoms - Requiem: Borderlands & Beyond

Where it all started, in a manner of speaking. After uploading a few videos, Matt Goetz got in touch, firstly to offer early access to the impending release of the core Iron Kingdoms - Requiem content, but some time after that, he brought me on board to contribute to the first major expansion: Borderlands & Beyond, where I got to work on the part of the world I, unsurprisingly, held most affection for. While the current physical state of Ios was written by Orrin Grey, to me went the history and gods. Branching out a little, I also got to explore the dwarven pantheon and look at a few places dotted around or along the Bloodstone/Ios boundary.

    And rather randomly: yay... drugs?(!)

This flora has long been a part of the ecosystem of the Bloodstone Marches, having been used by Idrian tribes for ages to repel the deadly Bloodstone assassin fly. But the skorne practice of mortitheurgy, compounded byu the vast quantities of blood spilled throughout the region, stained the land in a deep, metaphysical war.
'Blood polyps are one of the clearest signs of this taint. The living plant is lethal when consumed, and the death it causes is horrifying...'
